Mollie Fadule is Founder and Partner of Cephas Partners. Cephas Partners is a private equity firm specializing in alternative investments with a primary focus on real estate related opportunities. Cephas was originally formed in 2012 to assist affiliates of The Blackstone Group in managing complex real estate transactions on three different continents. The current Cephas team is growing Cephas Partners into a multifaceted investment platform with an eternal worldview. Cephas Partners seeks to maximize opportunities for its investors, partners and employees and leave a legacy of generosity. Our core focus is creating value in private equity transactions in order to deploy resources into organizations that align with our principles and worldview and spur others on towards generosity. Mollie has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and management of complex real estate transactions domestically and internationally, including underwriting and closing transactions involving direct equity, bridge equity, senior and mezzanine debt and joint ventures across multiple property types.

Mollie has held various leadership positions with CREW including CREW Seattle president and board member, and chair of the CREW Network Finance Committee. She is the founder of Fadule Properties, a board member of BN Corp, SA and advisory board member of Abstract Tokenization. Mollie has been recognized for several awards including the Seattle 40 under 40, NAIOP National Developing Leader Award and Bisnow Seattle Power Woman. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University where she was a member of the rowing and soccer team.

Mollie is a proud mother of three, avid skier and hiker and supporter of various non-profits serving incarcerated or formerly incarcerated women and promoting breast cancer awareness, research and support groups
