The fall leadership summit brings together the top leaders across our network to learn from one another’s experiences, talk about successful leadership transitions, and hear an expert speaker talk about critical relationship building skills that will give you the business advantage.
Chapter delegates are required to participate, and all members are welcome to participate in this exceptional learning opportunity.

Professional Development Session with Polser, M.Ed, CPT, Master Certified Coach
Game Changer Performance Group President Margaret Polser leverages her passion and in-depth knowledge of leadership and organizational systems, to cultivate high-performing environments so individuals and teams can achieve their personal and professional best. Margaret has dedicated her time and energy to facilitating and elevating leadership, energy management and negotiation courses for companies. Throughout her career she has provided executive, life, and health coaching to clients, such as Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and Mars.
Margaret holds a master’s degree in Learning and Development from Trinity University and is also a Wellness Coach, certified by The Cooper Institute.

Council Meeting
Hear updates on CREW Network initiatives and events, learn what's on the horizon, share information on chapter activities, and vote on important CREW Network business. We also will celebrate CREW chapter anniversaries and achievements. The Council Meeting is open to all attendees and delegates are required to attend and represent their chapters.

Professional Development Training – Energy: Optimize Your Performance with Margaret Polser
Managing energy is essential to performance. But too many individuals, teams and organizations fail to realize what and who they give their energy to and why. As a result, they feel exhausted and burned out, with little or no energy left for what matters the most. This interactive session will provide an overview of a research-based energy management system for optimizing energy and performance in all areas of life, and you will leave armed with awareness, motivation, and strategies that they can implement immediately.

Chapter Leader Success Series: Managing Leadership Transitions
Managing the transition of chapter leaders and the related flow of information is vital to the ongoing success of any chapter. This session will provide an overview of how to structure transition meetings so key initiatives, procedures, and expectations are conveyed to incoming leaders. Hear how other CREW chapters have successfully transitioned leadership using these strategies and procedures. This session will give you the tools to facilitate a successful transition, whether at the president, board member, or committee leader level.

Leadership Meetings
Organized by chapter and position, each leadership meeting group will discuss CREW Network initiatives, as well as chapter successes and challenges. You will have the opportunity to meet other chapter leaders, learn best practices to take back to your chapter, and network with professionals across the CRE industry.
Delegates
Each CREW Network board member serves as a liaison to seven to 10 CREW Network chapters. As delegate of your chapter, you will meet with the CREW Network board liaison assigned to your chapter.
Chapter presidents (non-delegates)
Chapter presidents who are not representing their chapter as a delegate will meet with the CREW Network president.
